EverDemand respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Filing a copyright notice

If you believe content on our store infringes your copyright, please email a written notice to sales@ziarvision.com including all of the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. The exact URL or description of where the infringing material appears on our site.
4. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same address with the equivalent information and a statement consenting to jurisdiction. We will review and respond in line with the DMCA process.

Repeat infringers

We may, in appropriate circumstances, remove content and restrict accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
